Biodegradable Dissolved Organic Carbon (BDOC)Biodegradable Dissolved Organic Carbon (BDOC) is a measure of the component of organic carbon within a water stream that may contribute to biological activity and biofilm growth. This method is useful for evaluating treatment processes such as ozonation, biological carbon filtration and biological membrane reactors (MBR).
